Der dynamischen 2-Achs-Fräsköpfe VH30 verfügt über eine Hochfrequenzspindel (HF-Spindel). Der Gabelkopf ist in Monoblock-Ausführungen aus Guss ausgelegt. Diese Bauweise erzielt höchste Temperaturstabilität und hat eine integrierte Schwingungs- und Vibrationsdämpfung, die für noch präzisere Ergebnisse beim Fräsprozess sorgt. Der drehmomentstarke Fräskopf VH30 bietet ein Plus, wenn es um Schruppbearbeitung von Stahl und Guss geht.
Der VH30 erzielt geringe Nebenzeiten beim An- und Abfahren sowie beim Umpositionieren. Er eignet sich für das Fräsen von Aluminium, Verbundwerkstoffen, Stahl und Guss.
