Der dynamische 3-Achs-Fräskopf M3ABC (A-, B- und C-Achse) setzt neue Maßstäbe in der Volumenzerspanung von Aluminium, Komposit- und Modellbauwerkstoffen sowie in der HSC-Bearbeitung von Stahl und Guss. Wo herkömmliche 2-Achs-Fräsköpfe an ihre Leistungsgrenze stoßen, ermöglicht der M3ABC eine vier mal schnellere Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Werkstücke.
Der Gabelkopf ist in Monoblock-Ausführung aus Guss ausgelegt. Diese Bauweise erzielt höchste Temperaturstabilität und hat eine integrierte Schwingungs- und Vibrationsdämpfung für eine maximale Oberflächengüte und Zerspanleistung. Der M3ABC ist uneingeschränkt flexibel und wurde speziell für die Bearbeitung von Strukturteilen entwickelt. Maximales Zerspanvolumen, kurze Durchlaufzeiten und eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit zeichnen ihn aus.
