Die FZU32 ist eine bemerkenswert kompakte 5-Achs-Portalfräsmaschine zur Bearbeitung von Aluminium, Faserverbundwerkstoffen, Kunststoffen, Ureol und Stahl. Durch das besonders steife, neu entwickelte mittenführende Portal können wir den steigenden Anforderungen im Modell-, Werkzeug- und Formenbau Rechnung tragen. Dieser thermosymmetrische Aufbau macht die FZU32 weniger anfällig für widrige Umgebungsbedingungen.

Die in Monoblockausführung konstruierte Hakenmaschine bietet durch ihr modulares System verschiedene Längen- und Höhenvarianten und bietet umfangreiche Ausstattungsoption, wie beispielsweise Prozesskühlung mit Kühlschmierstoffen und/oder Minimalmengenschmierung. Die große Flexibilität bei der Bearbeitung von Werkstoffen und höchste Oberflächenqualität und Genauigkeit ergeben in der Summe das Optimum an Preis-/Leistungsdichte.
