Die CNC-Portalfräsmaschine FZU42 eignet sich für die simultane 5-Achs-Bearbeitung unterschiedlichster Werkstoffe wie Aluminium, Stahl und Titan. Dabei verzichtet sie auf ein festes Maschinenfundament und lässt sich flexibel auf soliden Industrieböden aufstellen. Ihre verstärkte Grundplatte, die einem Maximalgewicht von bis zu 15 Tonnen stand hält, und die acht Aufstellelemente verringern Schwingungen beim Fräsprozess – die Grundvoraussetzung für höchste Genauigkeit und optimale Oberflächengüte der Werkstücke.

Die mit Spezialbeton gefüllten Seitenwände, der gekapselte Arbeitsraum, der feste Maschinentisch und das thermosymmetrisch mittenführende Portal, machen aus dieser Fräslösung ein echtes Powerpaket. Die Kombination aus hoher Stabilität und Steifigkeit, konstanten bewegten Massen und dynamischem Antrieb erfüllen die branchenspezifischen Anforderungen insbesondere der Formen- und Werkzeugbauer.
